Sonoma County’s Energy Independence Program (SCEIP) finally makes solar accessible to all property owners:
- Zero money down
- No credit check
- Depending upon the size of your solar PV system, you can usually realize immediate savings with loan payments lower than your current electric bills
- Available for Residential and Commercial Properties
- Loan repaid through a voluntary assessment to your property taxes
